If you have already had the PLC basics course, and the PAC (Programmable Automation Controller) course, Then you may be ready for the new Online PAC/PLC Structured Text (ST) Programming course. It uses a free HMI/PLC PAC simulator to walk you through both using the HMI/PLC/PAC simulator and the basics of programming in structured text. Although some have claimed you don't need PLC experience to take the online ST programming course, we recommend the training best practice of taking the other two courses above before tackling it. It starts each structured text lesson with a ladder logic example, then walks you through righting the same code in structured text format. |
