How to troubleshoot using a PLC theory and best practices (scholastic knowledge) is not enough to write a book on.

Troubleshooting PLC is best learned by doing.

Once you read the short details on how to and best practice, the real way to learn is only by doing. It is a skill, a muscle to be exercised by doing. That being said, there are two ways, through years of experience, or using the interactive real world simulation software offered on BIN95.com
